Staff -specifically Jenae, were very friendly, professional, and helpful. 10/10 for her. She's excellent. Do whatever you can to keep staff like that!!! Also, texting the guest to ask if the room meets expectations and if theres anything missing: Excellent. **The place was very clean. Exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay, and the room. Clean, welcoming, friendly , pleasant staff. Staff acknowledges you by name , interacted with me on a one on one basis with me each time we met. Hannah, Janae,& Brandon ( the GM) were awesome! Felt like i had knownHannah &Janae all my life . They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. loved the gym,breakfast offered variety of foods, always hot cooked , cocoa, & tea 24 hrs a day. lobby /lounge area nice relaxing.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was hot and yummy. The coffee was hot and met my caffeine addiction. LOL. The staff was very friendly and talked with us every time we came in contact with them.

Traveled for a wedding, the location was great, the beds were more comfortable than any of the previous Hampton stays within the last year. Room had plenty of space and it was clean. Hallway carpet was clean & all looked well cared for. I do not have the lady’s name that checked us out on Sat morn, but she was wonderful & saw right away that we had not be charged correctly for our room & she fixed it immediately.

The room had a great view, very large, very quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the chair with the side table desk was great. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast had different hot items each morning plus several standard cool items, very good.

My family & I had to check out of our airbnb at almost midnight because there was no water in the home. I hopped online & found this hotel. By the time we got packed up, it was almost 1am. Finally made it to the hotel & the check-in process was seamless. Within 30mins of arriving, my children were in bed & asleep.

The property is clean and smells good very organized and the staff is friendly and loves to get to know their guest. My son and I felt valued. We had recently adopted a fur baby and she was welcome to be with us during our stay. The staff was so friendly and made us feel like we were home and welcome. We will definitely be returning.
